    Local secretary is a must by Company Ordinance.

    In 1965, Hong Kong joined the 1961 Hague Convention abolishing the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents. The Convention provides for the authentication of public (including notarized) documents to be used in countries that have joined the convention. This service includes Apostille; NC1 – providing overview of shares, Certificate of Incorporation, Business Registration Certificate and Memorandum and Articles (M&A) from High Court Registry. Startupr will work with HSBC center in Hong Kong. Our charge for opening a bank account is 295 US$. If you want to open a bank account remotely, check the particular box. You are not obliged to visit Hong Kong to open a Hong Kong bank account. In order to open a HK bank account, it is mandatory to have these documents with a stamp of local authority. We will establish a meeting in HK or in the nearest branch of HSBC. Bear in mind, the bank might always ask you to come over to Hong Kong and sign the documents for bank account opening in person.
    Do you want Startupr to provide Nominee director? Each Hong Kong company must appoint at least one director. A director may be an individual or corporation. There is no statutory requirement for the director to be a Hong Kong resident. Director and shareholder might be the same person. This service “Nominee director” is only for privacy reasons of director, we can offer nominee director service if required.
